TO ERR IS HUMAN--TO REALLY MESS THINGS UP TAKES A COMPUTER...

This e-mail News & Digest is sent to BAC members as the next best thing to a printed newsletter. Hopefully, sometime soon, members will see a print version created.

Until then, this e-mail is sent via a simple distribution list which includes America Online(tm) users. AOL has blocked this News & Digest e-mail as SPAM so that no one with an AOL account will be receiving this.

This probably happened because some recipients with AOL accounts did not ask to be unsubscribed as explained below, but instead blocked future e-mails from BAC. When AOL sees so many blocked messages, it initiates a SPAM filter.

To make the monthly News & Digest available for all, the BAC website will now include each issue, as well as past issues.

ALL THE NEWS THAT'S FIT TO PRINT...

The Bicycle Access Council would like to hear from Pennsylvania bicyclists when newspapers, magazines and other media cover bicycling issues. Any topic from touring features, bike crashes, road construction problems, and yes, access issues are of interest.

Clip or copy what you think would be of interest to BAC so we can stay informed. If you'd like a supply of pre-addressed envelopes, just let us know. Mail your items to:

It is the objective of the Bicycle Access Council to make bicycling on roads throughout the Commonwealth safe, respectable and a transportation choice by educating its members and the motoring public.

All funding for the Bicycle Access Council comes from memberships and donations.  Annual membership is $20 per year.  Forms are available on the website. BAC does not share membership information.
